Paid Staff Positions
We are now accepting applications for the position of RDMS/Nurse Sonographer.
Work 1-2 days per week making a difference in the lives of women in your community! Hours and pay are negotiable.
Requirements Include:
• Graduation from a formal Diagnostic Medical Sonography Program accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs (CAAHEP) is required.
• Active certification by the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) in the specialty as appropriate, or relevant experience in OB specialty.
Duties Include:
• Perform clinical assessment and limited obstetric ultrasound examinations.
• Use cognitive sonographic skills to identify, record, and adapt procedures as appropriate to anatomically, pathological, and diagnostic information and images.
• Use independent judgment during the exam to accurately differentiate between normal and pathologic findings.
• Analyze sonograms, synthesize sonographic information and medical history, and communicate findings to the Medical Director or appropriate physician.
• Maintain ultrasound equipment and work area and maintain adequate supplies.

Volunteer Opportunities
Volunteers are a valued part of our clinic. Volunteer time accounts for approximately 18% of our yearly budget in money saved. Volunteers help with special events like our fundraising Gala and support other fundraising functions, serving on the Board of Directors or a committee, or even helping with mailings. Staff Volunteer Positions
These positions require onboard training and a larger time commitment. Volunteers for these positions will need to be willing to fill out an application, be interviewed, and have criminal background and reference checks performed.
- Volunteer Registered Nurse. Requires a current nursing license. There are currently openings for Registered Nurses who are available for in-office appointments approximately one day per week. Duties include pregnancy testing, patient education, and participation in various Hope Clinic training opportunities.
