All of our services are free of charge and confidential as allowed by Oregon state regulations.
The pregnancy test we offer is a nurse or physician administered urine test able to determine pregnancy hormone levels sufficient to indicate pregnancy. The test is 99.8% accurate.
The test may be positive as early as 7-9 days after conception. It is helpful if you know the start date of your last period when you come in. Don’t worry if you don’t know for sure.
We provide limited ultrasound exams free of charge to confirm whether the pregnancy is located in the uterus, that there is a heartbeat, and about how far along in the pregnancy you are. We do not use ultrasound exams to determine the sex of the baby. Some other restrictions may apply to the ultrasound exams, such as if you’ve already had an ultrasound for this pregnancy somewhere else.
Our trained and caring staff have assisted both women and men as they weigh their options for their pregnancy.
We can provide evidence-based medical education about the symptoms of STI/STDs and where testing services are available near you. We do not provide STI/STD testing.
